Is Penny Proud Hispanic? ›

Penny Proud (voiced by Kyla Pratt, sung by Tone Loc in "Snackland", Logan Browning as an adult in "When You Wish Upon a Roker"): The main protagonist of the series, a 14-year-old African-American girl who is usually embarrassed by her father, Oscar.
