How can the person behind the camera predict these events unless he was briefed beforehand?We observe the entire sequence from the moment the man arrives at the scene, sets down his luggage, and attempts to reach his seat, and only then does the woman react. How could the person filming have foreseen this unless it was #staged? If this were a genuine occurrence, the video would likely have started in the midst of the argument. The concept this week. It’s ok to change your mind. This past Father’s Day, I talked to Chief about his life to find out that this brother has changed his mind more than once, and that’s ok. Growing up, we all imagine my parents were born as adults with strict rules that make no sense (speaking for myself here). Before becoming a lawyer, my dad lived in DC, created a record label, worked for the federal government, and was an accountant too. Who is this guy? I only saw him as a charismatic, well-dressed, hyper-professional talker (lawyer). After speaking to him about his varying work experiences and how he felt comfortable setting out on a new path, I was reminded of one of his famous quotes, ‘As long as you sharpen your pencil, you’ll always be able to write.’How do you sharpen your pencil? If you consistently develop the requisite habits to succeed in whatever disciple you elect, success and progress will follow you. Success is a lagging metric. If we consistently make a conscientious effort to improve and evolve, we should feel confident in our ability to do whatever we pursue. This is why changing your mind is OK. It’ll probably work out. This week be confident in whatever your intuition tells you as we’re halfway through the year. Maybe the goal you set out to achieve doesn’t make sense. Change the goal. We’ll be ok.
