OBITUARY ROLLIN ALOYS SCHWINGHAMER BSc P.Eng., U of Sask. Professional chemical engineer, husband, father, son, brother, friend, Knights of Columbus, nature lover, bridge player, golfer, fisherman, stargazer, died on Monday, December 29, 2008, at Rideaucrest Home having just celebrated his ninetieth birthday. He leaves behind a lifetime of rich memories through his devoted wife Carmen, his children Karen (John), Paul (HiDeKa), Gerald (Diane), John (Jane), Jill (Brian), David (Elisa), and his grandchildren Michael, Rose, Alec, Natalie, Nicole, Darren and Adriana. The family appreciates very much the tenderness and kindness of the staff at Rideaucrest Home towards Rollin and his family, particularly in the last days of his life. Special thanks to Doctors Hemings and Patey for helping keep Rollin comfortable in his last days. A Memorial Mass will take place at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church (392 Palace Road, Kingston) on Friday, January 2, 2009. The family will greet friends and relatives as they arrive, and a reception will follow the service. Rollin's interment of ashes will be in Montreal with a family ceremony at a future date. RISTESKI, Vlado April 17, 1948 - December 29, 2008 Vlado Risteski, beloved husband of Duna Risteski of Calgary, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2008, surrounded by family members after a long courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 60 years. Vlado will always be lovingly remembered for his sense of humour and good spirit. Besides his loving wife of forty years Duna, Vlado is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Draganco and Sonja, Done and Jen. He is also survived by his father Stojan of Ohrid, Makedonia; brother and sister-in-law, Trajan and Steva and their children, Stojce, Ace and Ilina, all of Ohrid, Makedonia; sister and brother-in-law, Cvetanka and Milan and their children, Dennis, Diana, John, and Aleksandar, all of Calgary and Toronto; sister and brother-in-law, Blagica and Dragan and their children, Nikola and family, Natasha and family, all of Makedonia; sister and brother-in-law, Mara and Danny and their children, Christopher and Christina, all of Toronto; Tetka Slavica and cousin Peggy of Calgary; brother-in-law Cane and his wife Andrea and their children Daniel, Alexandra, Marko, Jenn, Ashley, Alexander and Kita all of Didsbury; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces in Makedonia and Sweden; and many extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Ilinka. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY'S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) today, January 1, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Requiem Service will be held at St. Vladimir's Ukrainian Orthodox Church (402 Meredith Road N.E.) on Friday, January 2, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen's Park Cemetery.
